HISTORIA.-
1992.- Nicke y Dregen se conocen en el "Hultsfred Festival". Decide formar una banda.
Influencias de grupos de como Sonic's Rendezvous Band, MC5, The Stooges.
1994.- Hellacopters comienzan a tocar y a grabar.
1995.- Lanzan algunos singles. Graban "Supershitty".
1996.- Ganaron un premio de Grammy como "mejor banda de hardrock".
1997.-Se integra un quinto miembro: Bobby Lee Fett, al piano. "Payin' The Dues" (nuevo álbum)
Teloneros de KISS" en su gira escandinava.
1998. Mayo, 14.- Dregen decidió dejar la banda. Nuevo guitarrista: Danne Andersson.
Chuck Pounder, a.k.a., Danne Andersson no permaneció mucho tiempo en la banda.
Sólo aparece en el 7" Dirty Women y en dos canciones de "Disappointment Blues": "Heaven" y "Disappointment Blues".
1998. Noviembre.- Chuck es reemplazado por Mattias Hellberg, quien gira con la banda por USA.
1999. Comienzos.- El guitarrista Robert "Strings" Dahlqvist se integra a la banda como bajo.
Graban en Estocolmo el álbum "High Visibility": produce Chips K. (The Nomads, Sator, The Turpentines, etc.)
y mezcla David Bianco (Posies, Springsteen, Pavarotti, entre otros)
